In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below, unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "cb77", "we", "us", "our" refers to the cb77 platform, its operators, affiliates, subsidiaries, and authorised agents operating the gaming and betting services available at cb77.lat.
• "You", "User", "Player" refers to any individual who has registered an account on the cb77 platform or who accesses or uses any part of the cb77 service.
• "Account" means a registered user account on the cb77 platform through which the User accesses gaming and betting services and holds a PKR balance.
• "Services" refers collectively to all products offered by cb77, including but not limited to online sports betting, cricket betting, live casino games, slot games, table games, crash games, and all other gaming formats available on the platform.
• "Agreement" means these Terms and Conditions as amended from time to time, together with any supplementary rules, bonus terms, game rules, and the cb77 Privacy Policy.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet credits, free spins, cashback amounts, or other non-cash incentives credited to a User's account by cb77 under a promotional offer.
• "Real Money Balance" means PKR funds deposited by the User and available for wagering and withdrawal, separate from any Bonus Funds.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means any stake placed by a User on a game, sporting event, or other outcome available through the cb77 platform.

To register an account with cb77 and access our Services, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• You must be a natural person with the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by cb77 or any associated responsible gaming registry.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or as a nominee.
• You must register only one account on cb77. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited.

• You must not be classified as a politically exposed person (PEP) unless prior written approval has been obtained from cb77.

cb77 reserves the right to decline any registration application or to close any account at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason, subject to the return of any Real Money Balance held in the affected account.

Each User is solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials, including their username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not disclose your cb77 login credentials to any third party under any circumstances. cb77 staff will never request your password via any channel.

You are responsible for all activity conducted through your cb77 account, whether or not such activity was authorised by you. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify cb77 support immediately via live chat.

Each User may hold only one active account on cb77. Where a User is found to operate multiple accounts — whether under different names, email addresses, or payment methods — cb77 reserves the right to close all such accounts, void all associated wagers and bonuses, and withhold or return only the net Real Money Balance after deducting any bonus-related winnings.

cb77 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Visa/Mastercard, and USDT cryptocurrency. Additional payment methods may be introduced or withdrawn from time to time at cb77's discretion.

All deposits must originate from a payment instrument that is legally registered in the depositing User's name. Deposits made from third-party payment accounts, accounts registered in another person's name, or accounts whose ownership cannot be verified will be rejected, and the associated account may be suspended pending investigation.

• cb77 does not charge transaction fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Minimum deposit amounts are as set out on the cb77 deposit page and may vary by payment method.
• cb77 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of the source of deposited funds where the amount or pattern of deposits triggers internal compliance thresholds.
• Deposits made by credit instruments that are subsequently disputed, reversed, or charged back will result in immediate account suspension and recovery proceedings.
• cb77 processes deposits in PKR. Deposits made in other currencies via card networks may be subject to conversion by the card network at their prevailing exchange rate.

Withdrawals of Real Money Balance are subject to the following conditions:

• The account must have passed all applicable KYC verification requirements before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals will be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to technical feasibility. cb77 reserves the right to route withdrawals via alternative methods where required.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts are as displayed on the cb77 withdrawal page. Maximum single-transaction withdrawal limits may apply and vary by account tier and verification status.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within the timeframes stated on the cb77 payments page. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are processed within 5–30 minutes in standard cases, subject to system availability.
• cb77 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times. Users will be notified if additional verification is required.
• Bonus Funds are not withdrawable. Only Real Money Balance resulting from play with real funds (and winnings generated from eligible real-money wagers after applicable wagering requirements have been met) may be withdrawn.

All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any promotion-specific terms communicated at the time of the offer:

• Bonuses are credited to accounts in PKR and are valid for the period stated in the relevant promotion.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per User, per household, per device, and per payment method.

• Bonus Funds are used after Real Money Balance has been depleted, unless specific promotional terms state otherwise.
• cb77 reserves the right to reclaim bonus funds and associated winnings where an account is found to have registered under false information or violated these Terms.

By placing any wager on the cb77 platform — whether on cricket, PSL, sports, casino games, slots, or any other product — you agree to be bound by the specific rules applicable to that product as published on the cb77 platform, as well as the following general rules:

• All bets are final once confirmed. cb77 does not accept cancellation requests for wagers that have been placed and confirmed, except where explicitly provided for in specific game rules.
• In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or obvious pricing error, cb77 reserves the right to void affected bets at its discretion and refund the staked amount to the User's account balance.

• cb77 reserves the right to limit the maximum winnings payable on any single bet or combination of bets where the aggregate liability would be disproportionate to the staked amount.

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the cb77 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and legal proceedings:

• Registering more than one account on the cb77 platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or verification.
• Using the cb77 platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Engaging in, facilitating, or participating in any form of fraud, collusion, match-fixing, arbitrage betting, or any other activity that undermines the integrity of the cb77 platform.
• Using any software, bot, script, algorithm, or automated tool to interact with the cb77 platform in a manner not authorised by cb77.
• Exploiting any error, bug, or loophole in cb77's software or pricing systems — any winnings arising from such exploitation will be voided.
• Conducting any transaction that constitutes money laundering or that violates applicable anti-money laundering regulations.
• Sharing account access with any other person or operating an account on behalf of a third party.
• Attempting to access cb77's backend systems, databases, or administrative interfaces without authorisation.

All content on the cb77 platform — including but not limited to the cb77 name, logo, trademarks, service marks, design elements, software, game content, data feeds, written content, images, and all other materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of cb77 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the cb77 platform for personal, non-commercial gaming and betting purposes only. This licence does not extend to reproduction, distribution, modification, public display, or any other use of cb77 content outside of the intended use of the platform.

Where cb77's liability cannot be fully excluded under applicable law, cb77's total aggregate liability to any User shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim.

cb77 collects, processes, and stores personal data provided by Users in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement by reference. By registering an account on cb77, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

The personal data collected by cb77 — including name, date of birth, email address, phone number, payment details, and gaming activity data — is used for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, responsible gaming compliance, payment processing, and communication of relevant promotional offers where you have consented to receive them.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of an internationally recognised arbitration body. The arbitration shall be conducted in English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this section shall restrict either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect their legitimate rights.
